Robins Plumbing did a great job installing my new hot water heater - they gave me recommendations on the different options that were available, and the best ones that would suit the size of my home. They also repaired a sink supply line with a broken shut-off handle. Clean, efficient, on-time, and great work!

Our garbage disposal was leaking. Jacob came out and fixed it very efficiently and quickly. Very professional. He even stayed behind to answer some questions and double checked other appliances to make sure they were good. Much appreciated!

I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.

We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way. Plumber Jason came out to unclog my drain line.

Used the auger and cleaned out the line.

three days later it backed up again.

Call and scheduled through First american home warranty for the second time.

Jason wanted to up sale me and said i needed a new main from the street to the house for $1600.00. Took a picture under my house and left stating pre existing problem.

Called another plumber to fix the line and found a clog under the master toilet. at my cost of $185.00 .

Call the Home Warranty company and filed my complaint.

The crew that came to my home was very professional and answered all my questions about what they were doing, and I had alot to ask. Long time later I had a problem with my toilet , which by the way had nothing to do with the work that was done. I called Lindsey and she came out and took care of the problem for no charge. When they say they will be there for you they really mean it. Thank you Lindsey for coming to by aid. I highly recommend this Peerless for your plumbing needs. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
