He removed the old fan and fully assembled the new fan, paired the remote to the fan and taught us how to use the features of the fan. Extremely nice and helpful. Five stars! Installed a new outlet for the new softener. Spent hours tracking down a hard to find electric short caused by a RAT. Very persistent. Wouldn’t quit until found and fixed the problem.

My spa suddenly stopped working last week, and I knew it could be due to the circuit it was on (with 3 bathrooms). I messaged 4 electricians with high ratings on Nextdoor, AJ reached out same day, and came out next to see what was going on. He found that contractor who installed our patio 20+ years ago did electrical wrong, he repaired that, and replaced the inside outlets and GFCI the very next day. There is an issue with spa itself also, but he has me ready to go with proper electrical when that issue fixed.

FYI - I messaged 4 electricians twice (won't name here). 1 replied after 2nd message, but said 1st availability was May 4th, 6 weeks out. Other 2 never even replied.

I highly recommend this company. I called Tap and Sons Electric for a second opinion after a contractor I hired had threatened to condemn my house. The owner of Tap and Sons arrived within hours to evaluate the problem and even got on the phone with the contractor and advocated for me. Talk about great service!
