Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about what type of pest control my home needed and I haven't had ANY ant issues since switching to Extermo. Despite battling with ants around my above ground pool and patio the last 2 summers. The technician was very friendly and accommodating to questions regarding servicing around pets, particularly my birds. Great rates and awesome service! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

William was excellent. He was on time, safe, personable thorough. I mentioned seeing a few small black bugs in a shower recently and he offered a product specifically intended to prevent those little guys from coming back via the drain. Top notch service.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
