Honestly, I was dreading calling around to find a company, I called 4 prior and actually scheduled an appointment with another company to then cancel and then decided call the last one I had on my list, Cobra. So happy I did, so friendly on the phone, they were able to come same day and immediately because I was home with 2 little ones and water off due to the leak. First time using them and will never have to call around again! Friendly, courtesy, respectful, felt like family!

Richard, the plumber that performed the service, kept in contact with me and explained the plumbing issue so I would better understand. Our garbage disposal broke and Josh was able to come out the day we called to get a new one installed that works even better than the prior one had!

I hired Cobra to replace two faucets in my master bath. Josh was great on the phone to set up an appointment and gave me a very reasonable cost range - to be firmed up once they got there to see the details of what it would require. They sent out Richard and he couldn't have been better to work with. We hit a a very significant snag and honestly Richard would have been justified in passing at that point leaving it for me to hire additional services to sort out. He didn't though. Instead he figured out a work around which wasn't easy at all for him, but grunted it out and got it done. I paid the extra time required gladly. Well done!

Painless removal of old and install of new water heater. Richard knew his trade well and did a nice job. I shopped around and found this to be the most reasonably priced. I could have paid $600 more for a bigger more recognized name company, but why? The job was just finished, therefore time will tell if it was truly money well spent.

Kitchen sink stopped up. Did everything I knew to do to fix it, no good. Cobra ? plumbing called. They came out the next morning. Very nice gentleman came, Mike, I think was his name. Worked for about 2 hours. Walla!! I have a functioning sink.
