Best Replacement Faucet in Phoenix AZ

I’m not sure if it was an employee or the owner (my hands had olive oil on them from prepping dinner so I was rushed) but a gentleman just hand delivered the $100 refund check and a box of See’s Candy. Very nice touch. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because this company heard our feedback and didn’t brush it off.Does it change our experience? No. BUT it does make me believe that our experience isn’t the norm, which I had a feeling anyhow based on prior reviews that led us to use this company in the first place.Final feedback is that the check was made out to my husband. It was actually my card that was used to pay for the repair - the wife. Probably unintentional, but remember that progressive customer service approaches, like asking who the check should be made out to, are noticed and appreciated. Not everyone banks jointly, and not all husbands make more than the wife ?********************************************************The gentleman was punctual, friendly and fast but there was ZERO dust mitigation.I’d hope that plastic would have been hung or laid down, I spent a good hour cleaning up the entire bathroom afterwards. EVERY inch was covered in dust and grime.**Edit 1: My husband came home and checked the work after I paid, there isn’t any caulking around the plate and the shower head is loose. He’s calling them now.It sucks leaving this kind of review because the guy was nice. But this was $1000.00 repair and it wasn’t done properly.I’ll update if they come fix it.**Edit 2:Called and the guy came back but tried blaming ME, by saying, “ But your wife said everything looked ok “Mind blown. My husband asked him if that was really this company’s quality control, asking someone with zero plumbing experience if their work “looks ok”They offered a refund of $100.00This was our daughter’s birthday and we were late to a function because the work was not done right the first time.I also had to clean the carpet because the guy walked back and forth between bathrooms without putting down any plastic or mats.Then clean my tub a second time after he left.Ridiculous experience.

Eddy was on time, discussed concerns and options well, did great work, and even cleaned up after himself. Five stars well earned!

Our plumber was a nice man and professional but he scratched up my toilt so bad that i had to buy another toilet, the companies cost plus my new toilet cost me over 300.00, next time i will buy my own snake and fix it myself,

We had Dillon come out. There was no delay and that is important because come on who can wait to use the bathroom? HE came when he said he would and finished in the time frame he said he would. Very reliable. I will defiantly recommend moon valley plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I discovered a leak around noon. By 1:30 the same day, a tech named Sammy was at my house! He was professional, personable and he made the repair in a timely manner. The cost was minimal and I will definitely use Option One again should I need a plumbing service.

Paul Becklund was out at my house for a second time (for more work), and he is so great to work with. This guy goes above and beyond every time we see him. We were faced with an emergency sewer line backup late Friday night. Company sent Steve out on emergency dispatch to attempt unclog to no avail. Following morning Ron and Steve came, hooked up a camera device and discovered the clog due to pipe failure, Working through the weekend they were finally able to get us and and operating Sunday midday. Can't say enough about the work of the crew of Jesus and Steve who worked very hard having to dig down over 4 ' to reach the pipe and repair it, after they left it was so well cleaned up there was no evidence anything had happened.

Would also like to commend the thorough explanation of the job and what it entailed from start to finish by Ron, and kudos to Mike for helping us out with the final bill.

Simon fixed our issues within an hour of calling and was very professional. I would highly recommend Simon for any plumbing need.

Tzvi Asa came 2 hours earlier. He looked over the problem and decided he could repair rather than replace the flushometer. Tzvi cleaned up and since he is a tall young man I asked if he would replace 2 return air filters. With no hesitation he did. Beside being a good service person he is good man. He was recommended and I will thank my friend.
