My water heater was out, and I needed to get it working ASAP on a holiday weekend; two other companies were unable (or unwilling) to do the job, next time I'll call Penguin first. Everyone was helpful from initial phone call to cleaning up after the work was done. Jackson was at my house within an hour, he was helpful, positive, capable, and efficient.
