Best Replacement Faucet in Phoenix AZ

My husband and I purchased a home warranty when we bought our new home. We have had a few plumbing issues in the last year and always waited for Old Republic to assign someone for service.

The plumbing issues we've encountered involved raw sewage in our guest bathroom tub. Our drain line was clogged and required being rotored out. The first company they sent out told me that they couldn't find our clean outs and that our warranty didn't cover him going through the roof. He said he would do it by removing our toilet in the guest bathroom and use that pipe. The gentleman did not use any gloves and left... brown fingerprints... throughout the work area. Needless to say, I bleached my entire house after he left and told ORHW never to send him out again.

Fast forward to Thanksgiving, and the problem occured again. The company sent out Anthony's Plumbing. From the get go, Jennifer, Eric and Mark were incredibly helpful. Jennifer called and let us know before Eric was to arrive. He came in and determined our warranty DOES cover going through the roof since we had purchased the extra coverage. He rotored it and left.

A week later, the same problem occured. This time, Jennifer had Mark come out to our home. Mark was able to determine that the cause of the blockage was roots in our sewage drain where it connected to the city line. . . six feet below ground. He used a camera to pinpoint the exact location. My husband and I were able to get the majority of the hole dug where he needed to be before he arrived.

When Mark got there, he was a machine. He got the area cleared out and ready to replace within an hour. All in all, he was able to get the area replaced (including having to get parts) and the hole filled in again in just a few hours. The price was exceptionally reasonable. He was friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. Our home warranty did not cover the replacement, but we felt comfortable going through Anthony's Plumbing to complete the repair due to the exceptional service that we received from all of the staff, especially Mark.

Thank you... we can now flush without praying!

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! Thank you Alex and John as well as the the awesome customer service rep Jannett who took our initial call and dispatched them out so fast! Customer Service , professionalism and expertise at its best ! Thank you all again !

They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

Outstanding service! Pepe Munoz was the epitome of professionalism, as he quickly determined our problem, explained what he was going to do and made two other recommendations. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

I had just closed on my home and had been working on moving all my things in. After 3 days of moving all my things into my new home, I thought, “ I need to do laundry” I go to get the caps off the valves to connect the washer when all went horribly wrong! As soon as I twisted the valve the pressure of the water blasted the cap off. I frantically tried to shut the valve off and nothing. The damage from water blasting with high pressure for 15 minutes completely destroyed the upstairs Laundry room, downstairs kitchen and family room. Very thankful that Rooter Ranger came out as quick as they did before a broken valve cause more water damaged to my newly purchased home. I am even more grateful I got Casey as the person who came out to my home and walked me through to shutting the main water line off in a matter of seconds. He also explained the entire process and made me feel at ease in such a bad situation. Highly recommend!

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

When I discovered a continuing leak from a facet outside of my house, I called Bumble Bee Plumbing. They sent a serviceman, Adrian, out to my house that very day! I found his service to be very professional, and polite. I also found him to be very personable! He explained everything available to me in very clear terms, which were considerable!! I definitely will be using Bumble Bee Plumbing in the future, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I am moving my kitchen to another room, Ken was very informative on what needed to be done. I did not have to wait for the cost, he was able to tell me immediately what price range I was looking at. Ken provided problem solving ideas and was able to manage around the structure of my old house. He was also able to move my gas line to accommodate the location of my gas range.
