Put in an online request at 9 pm at night and they showed up the next morning, found a leak within our wall, and stopped it. They even cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving which seems rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend.

We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. I so appreciate this good management practice that I will be considering using them in the future for all my service needs.

My water heater stopped working. Troy came out , showed me the issue and took pictures. Definitely needed to be replaced. Water heater was still covered under manufacturer warranty in which Troy handled everything with them. Water heater was installed with perfection... Jared did provide wonderful service and checked in w/me at every step, to be sure everything was done according to my wishes or preference. I think when a Company is sound, everything done stands on its own merit. I am so grateful to have found Deer Valley and will continue to use them exclusively for my plumbing needs. We have had issues with our sink not draining properly for several months. It finally reached that point where the drain completely stopped up. With a recommendation from a friend we called Anthony's. Mark showed up and did a great job. he was friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Anthony's to anyone that has a plumping issue.

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.
