Contacted 24 hour phone number and got sent to voicemail twice. This is not a 24 hour business.

Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

Cory Golvin and Ridge Clark did a fantastic job for us. They were prompt, responsive, professional and always answered every one of our questions. We just had the project completed and, even with pets and kids out on summer break, were able to stay on schedule and provide an amazing experience. I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

Was recommended by a family member. Everything started out great, but Candy almost ruined our experience. She was rude to my insurance company but I brushed it off as being a claims rep thing. Then I called from 8:45 in the morning to reschedule because there was no way I'd make me appt on time but no answer. Candy claims someone called but no one did. When i told her i was running 15 mins late she said there was no one there to service the car and all she had was a 1pm appt which would not fit my schedule. I told her I would have to go elsewhere if we couldn't come soon, she said that's fine. We called back and spoke with karla who was amazing and she took care of everything, thanks to her and Moises we had amazing service and left very happy. Thanks guys for my new windshield!!

I came in to get my windshield replaced because it had acquired a few cracks in it and I wanted to get it taken care of before monsoon season hit. There is a cancellation for an earlier appointment, and the company called me asking if I would like to come in earlier, which I told them I could, and I did! Did! They were thorough and checking out the car, to make sure there were no extra dings or cracks that I was unaware of, and was told it would take about 2 hours. Windshield was replaced within an hour, and was told what to do and what not to do for the next 48 hours while everything's set. The people there were very sweet, the atmosphere was laid back, and the technician who helped me was very informative and answered any questions I had. Will definitely go here again if I have any issues or need any other work done for my car :)

Had my windshield replaced two days ago. Was beyond lucky to have Star Glass referred to me! On time, extremely professional and personable. Not to mention the quality of work is perfect. My repair man was Clayton, I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone for all of they’re auto class needs!!

Remarkably competent work. They went above and beyond trying to get glue off paint left by previous gasket. Easy to work with the booking agent; service respectful and punctual.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.
