These guys are trustworthy, responsive, and reasonably priced. I had a great experience with them from beginning to end. My roof had a leak and they found the issue quickly. I had another roofer come prior to them who completely missed the problem. Jesse identified the problem, fixed it, and confirmed it was fixed with a water test. I couldn't recommend them more!

Lyons Roofing representatives were very responsive and interested in providing me with the best service from the beginning with my first contact. Everyone I had contact with was professional and answered all my questions. They were very good at keeping me informed of the process at every step. My roof looks beautiful, I originally had wood shake shingles. Lyons suggested a product that looks similar to wood shingles but has a longer longevity and it looks great.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

John was our point of contact from start to finish. He was very professional and attentive throughout the entire project. He offered great ideas on material and design and even brought by samples for us to look at. He was a true pleasure to work with!
