The workers at Pink Plumbing were right on time and fixed my problem quickly. The plumber took the time to show me what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Their prices are fair and online scheduling makes their operation that much more efficient. Nice work; I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Didn’t use drop cloths when working at the fireplace to install gas log set. Leaned into the ivory chair with his dirty work clothes beside the fireplace instead of walking behind the chair to get the heavy log set. Refused to stand up and walk around the chair after being politely asked to do so. Drug the carton containing the log set on the hard wood floor. Didn’t place gas line in agreed upon location. Drilled through the roof overhang. Said he’d caulk or tar around the pipe and didn’t do that. Black handprints on walls in and outside the house.

Met with them for a quote to replace sewer lines they promised they would get back to me with a quote multiple times, never received anything and they quit responding. They do not take your time seriously I suggest you do the same and move on to a company that actually wants your buisness. Use plumbing and AC medic. Plumbing and AC medic was super nice and went over expectations.

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

We had a leak under our kitchen faucet that needed immediate repairs. Called WP&M and they were here in an hour. Anthony quickly repaired the leak in kitchen and replaced a leaky valve outside of the house. Great work!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

Jack was our technician, we were very pleased with his work, honesty and professionalism. He did a great job replacing our old water heater. We have used this company in the past and will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

Rusty blade to be replaced to the tune of $1500.00 (turns out parts under warranty!), several no shows with too many "reasons" why, and finally they misplaced my $1500.00 prepay until we canceled and turned over to credit card company. I have now been reimbursed, but would not recommend this business.

I've used Option One on 3 occasions prior to this last time and each time they have exceeded expectations. On this occasions they re-piped my entire home with copper pipe in 2 days. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend, I wont go anywhere else.

I am so pleased with the crew that worked at my house. They worked late hours even after dark to repair the sewer line. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I did some research and found the price to be fair for our area. They returned at a later date to replace the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend this company!
