I had been working with Dave since the 2nd of the month. From start to finish he explained how everything works with the replacement and insurance. Not only did he walk me through it, but he did all the leg work once I started the claim. The customer service here is beyond great, any little glitch hiccup or new bits of information they called me to make sure I was informed. Dave even went out of his way to make sure I was scheduled same day due to my schedule being crazy for the next 2-5 days. Cannot recommend these guys enough. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

I found PCC Roofing online and had them bid on roof replacement projects at our 38 unit condo complex built in 1974. Prior to hiring PCC we had a horrible experience with Trades Unlimited who would not honor their warranty because they used unskilled subcontractors. We then worked with Diversified who started out fine but we moved on because their communication and work product suffered. In 2020 I found PCC and have had excellent service to date. The pricing is competitive. Sean and Brian are friendly and good communicators. Informative explanations on how roofing should be done properly. And pictures of work in progress, too. Several tear offs made it clear how badly the previous roofers had been. They have replaced 7 condo unit roofs for us and we will have them back. I recommend them highly.
