The service provider, Tom, arrived early (thank goodness). He was polite and professional. He quickly pinpointed the leak and had all of the hoses & valves & other parts with him to make the necessary repairs efficiently.

I called Custom Plumbing because my toilets were all backed up in my home and they came out that night and cleared my drain which was only $69. The next day, was followed up with a phone call asking how everything was! First time a company has ever done this for me, at least. I also received a free camera inspection to ensure blockage was taking care of! I will defiantly will be recommended Custom Plumbing to friends and family. Thank you so much!

The service we received from the dispatched tech (Sabo) both times far exceeded our expectations. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of picking up after the jobs were done. The dispatch team itself was courteous and communicative before and after the job was complete.

We ordered a new HVAC system. We also needed extra ductwork added to meet code. Nestor and Julian were on time and did a fantastic job, despite the heavy rain. Kudos to them.

From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. David fixed my problem with a plugged drain line. He worked hard and was very conscientious. He wanted to do a good job and he did!

I was going to replace my kitchen faucet myself yesterday and I couldn't remove the main nut holding the faucet to the basin. I needed a pro. I called Simon's Plumbing but Simon had a full day of appointments today and I let him know I couldn't really wait. He was at my door in 15 mins. He said the threads were damaged, so he got out his reciprocating saw and cut it right off! Knowing he had a full day, he asked if I could finish it myself. I was happy to, now the hard part was completed! He then took my new faucet, put things where they go and quickly went over what needed to be done. It was a breeze! I ended up saving myself $150 because he was so awesome! I would definitely use him again if I needed a professional, reasonable, honest plumber!

Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely the worst company. We had to use them through our home warranty to work on our tankless water heater. Ken, the technician they sent out, was clueless and completely incompetent. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for sensors to come in only to find out that it was actually the heating elements that needed replacing. We were told we’d have to wait an additional 10 days for those to come in or we could order and install them ourselves as they’d be here in a day or two if we order. We opted for ordering and paying for them ourselves as we had no hot water and couldn’t wait the additional 10 days. Once the elements were installed, we had to call them back out because it still wasn’t working. We were told that a fuse blew and were again advised that we needed to get the part ourselves and install because he couldn’t be running around town to get parts and had other appointments. We ended up buying all the parts and installing ourselves. Pruitts Plumbing and their technician were completely worthless.

Peerless is the best! I did a lot of research last year when I was looking to fix my sewer pipe and I'm so thankful I chose this company. They do excellent work, respond quickly and their prices are very fair. They're all so nice and they always show up when they say they will. I called them today because my bathroom sinks suddenly stopped draining and they arrived within a half hour to fix it... on a holiday weekend! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
