I was thinking of how best to describe the exceptional service which Anthony provided me. I guess the only way is to state out in public that Anthony is the gold standard by which all other service men and women are to be judged.
His uniform was clean and spotless, he was smiling, friendly and very helpful with tips and suggestions and never tried to make me feel like I was forced to do things his way.
He was very neat and clean and I was so impressed by his work and attitude that I will be using Anthony's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done. Marco with Reddi Services did an amazing job with our shower repair today. He was on time, extremely polite and professional, and clearly explained the repair process before starting. The quality of his work makes it clear he does not take shortcuts in his service.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). We’ll definitely use Bumble Bee for future plumbing work!

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

Paradise Valley Septic did an excellent job.

Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Very professional. Unlike past plumbers they are actually courteous of your house and their surrondings. Which is huge with us when having people over. Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend!!

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
