Best RO Water System Installation in Phoenix AZ

My toilet separated from the floor. The hold downs had corroded and broke loose. Called Ms Raegina, Anthony's Plumbing, for help and she set me up with an appointment right away to my convenience. I also wanted both my showers control cartridges replaced since they were each 34 years old. Reply....can do! Anthony, later along with Brandon, arrived. Estimates were clearly given and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Upon approval they got on it. Just the way it should be! During the repair, they respected the property, insured the repair was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. I have been using them since 2006, yes you will see another review I have done in the past. About 2 years ago. Hmmmmm.....must be a reason I keep using them. They continue to give outstanding service without any worries.From the initial call to Ms Raegina to the time Anthony and Brandon completed the work, you can tell they are a well operating team. I came home from a week in Seattle to find my daughters had clogged the bathtub and could not take a shower. Haha, they do still need me. ?. I called on a Sunday and had the gentleman there right on time and did a fast, friendly and quality job fixing it all. Perfect!!! And a very professional kind person he was. Thank you so much. On a Friday late morning we had a clogged kitchen drain (both sinks), and our usual plumber was booked out till Monday. I looked online for a Tempe plumber, and fortunately found Reddiservices! Carlotta was pleasant and told me a plumber could be here today between 3:00-5:00 and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Within 15 minutes I received a call back stating a technician was in the area and had just completed his last job and could be here in 10 minutes. Yes!!! Chris G. soon arrived, introduced himself, and went right to work. He determined the issue was a clogged drain under the sink. He cleared sludge from both drains through the waste arm then checked the outside clean out which also required a clean out (had not been done in years). Chris was efficient and knowledgable. We also decided to buy a gallon of Reddiservices Reddi-Flo drain maintenance liquid upon Chris's recommendation and he stressed the need to do monthly (suggested we do when we change air filters in our furnace!) and gave explicit directions how to use. Cost was reasonable ($144)- included the Reddi-Flo and a $20 online discount coupon). I was very pleased that Reddiservices was able to come out the same day, that Chris was completely able to remedy the issue, and that we were charged a reasonable price. We will certainly call them again as needed!

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I called and they sent someone out the same day, two days before Thanksgiving. The first guy couldn't make it so they reassigned the call to a different technician and kept me informed the whole time. The technician was wonderful and explained everything to me, and worked with me to find an affordable solution. This company is awesomea and I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I called Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning they were there and gone. Lupe was our technician and he was great. Greeted my wife and I on time and started to assess our leak. Once he found the problem he laid out a few scenarios and gave us bids. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on which option would be best but didn’t try and push us to the most expensive one. I really respect a company and service provider that understands you need help and does all they can to make sure they leave the situation in a better place than when they arrived.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

If you're lucky enough to get Chad out to your place be prepared for great customer service and a fantastic attitude. He was so kind to my wife and kids who wanted to watch the process and he was very open to questions. It's hard to find good people who are willing to spend a part of their hard working day answering questions and offering up good service with zero hesitation. Cooper's, give this guy a comp day off. He made us a future customer, that's worth more than a day off any time. Well done Chad, thanks for the great conversation and excellent service!

I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
