Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

I tried for two days to receive an estimate from this company. Everytime I called there was no one available to speak with me. There are NUMEROUS plumbing companies in Phoenix that can provide better customer service.

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. I attempted to install a pot filler on my own and created a leak in my wall. Of course this was after business hours so I frantically messaged different plumbers. Aussie replied first thing the next morning and sent Cameron out to assess the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain where I went wrong and what I can do in the future to correct it.



The overall experience was amazing and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.
