Best Plumbing Work in Phoenix AZ

I use Arizona Plumbing Expert Services (APES) when replacing countertops as part of my cabinetry business. Vonda answers the phones and efficiently schedules service times for me. APES technicians show up on time and reconnect sinks, install faucets, install new garbage disposals and reconnect R/O water systems. I know I can count on APES to get the job done, I wouldn't use anybody else!

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Great company! A professional team of managers and craftsmen performed the selection of equipment and installation of the air conditioner with high quality. And at my request, they completed the installation almost the next day. Prompt, efficient, friendly communication! I recommend to everyone!
