Called and they had openings to assist me when I needed. The plumber that came to my house Jason Becker was very friendly seemed like the kind of guy that would be an awesome neighbor. Overall super happy with my experience with Maloney Plumbing and would use them again in a heartbeat.

My first initial contact was great, they were able to come out and performed a visual inspect my property FREE of charge, nothing was found. Andrew, the service tech contacted me about the results and recommended a service with special equipment that would locate a leak within the property. The cost for this service was $299.00 I agreed for him to schedule the inspection. He asked for my payment info over the phone (I provided it in good faith, but did not authorize him to run my card before the service was performed). I then received an alert that my card was ran, I considered calling him back but they realized that the service would be performed the next day.Next day, I get a call from Andrew stating their guy was at my property ready to perform the inspection.( I had asked for a 30 min call before arrival since I work and would not be at home, that didn't happen) I rush home and meet Alfredo the inspector that was supposed to inspect my property. He performed a VISUAL inspection of both front, backyard, checked my pool and meter. I pointed out a small leak in my sprinkler system in front of my property and that was that.I then called the plumbing company to ask about the "Special Leak detection" equipment that was supposed to be performed. No one is clear on what happened, I reach out to Andrew and he stated he would call the "Leak detection team" to figure out what happened. He was supposed to call me back that afternoon of course he did not.I called Andrew the next day, he agrees the service that was supposed to be performed was not. I asked him for steps to get a refund and that was when things got worst. He stated that he had already rescheduled the "leak detection team" to come back to my property and perform the service. (Which was a lie, since I had not received a call to ask if I was ok with any specific day/time). At this time I told him "I do not want the service anymore, I cannot trust your company or that other company to do a good job" He said they had invested a lot of time with the initial inspection and asked me if I believed they deserved to get paid at all. I said absolutely not! the service was not performed and I need a refund, since I did not authorize you to run my card the day prior to the service anyways. He stated he was not authorized to give me a refund since they had already paid the "leak detection" company.I would have to call the office for that but he doubted they would be able to help. He stated I could possibly get a partial refund that they would only charge me a "SERVICE FEE" for the initial "FREE VISUAL INSPECTION" I was irate! He does not have authority to give me a full refund but can charge me for a "FREE" service and provide me with a partial discount. I called the office and after much back and forth was able to get my full refund back! Definitely not worth the trouble or time! I felt overwhelmed with emotion and felt taken advantage of. Perhaps because they assumed they could take advantage of a single mother!!!! Never again!

Repaired a flange on the toilet, but upon reinstall the float broke. Tech probably grabbed it to tighten the water supply line. Anyway, that broke, then the rep just walked away from the job. Walked in a day later to a flooded house. Be sure to stay on top of your technician. He will leave you a flood if you you do not monitor him. Tried to get me to pay another 130 trip fee to fix the flood as well. Note to plumber: if you hear or see a leak, at least have the courtesy to turn off the water and tell me. Toilet was hissing! And don't say you just lift the toilet, I saw a pic w the tank cover off.

Terrance was very nice and professional and quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak in our shower. He had the part on the truck and replaced it. Good experience and we will use them again.

Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

Cameron was our technician! He was fast and great conversation while he was working. I would definitely recommend Aussie because of him!

My water heater went out and I was not sure what to do and Deer Valley Plumbing was honest, fast and solved my problem quickly.

This company by far is the absolute best. The staff is very professional and I have never been more impressed by any business I’ve ever dealt with.

My home is vintage (1949) and still had the old sewage lines running below. I didn’t know why the sewer was backing up initially. I spoke with 13 plumbers, 7 quoted me 10-14k over the phone and wouldn’t even humor me with attempting to run a camera. That’s a large amount of money for a “not sure what’s going on” quote. The other 6 no showed. Champion’s crew was on time and ready to go with a camera. They explained the whole situation to where I could understand and actually showed me what was causing the issues. I needed new lines run under my house. Instead of breaking up two areas of brand new tile to feed through the new line, they found a way to go in under the carpet in my bedroom which was a huge savings for me. The fact that they were professional and understanding of other costs for me was amazing.

As a single woman I’ve recently found that it is VERY hard to find companies that don’t try to take advantage or talk down to me. With Champion, the entire crew was extremely professional and supportive (not to mention FAST). I’m blown away! Thank you all :)

I've read some poor reviews on this company & that surprises me because I had a great experience.. my water heater was on it's last legs & so I called my warranty company.. they picked Pruitt's plumbing to respond to my problem, they scheduled a tech to come out & evaluate.. an appt was scheduled for my water heater to be replaced & different tech came out to actually do the job. Both techs were prompt, experienced & did a great final job!

Honestly, I was dreading calling around to find a company, I called 4 prior and actually scheduled an appointment with another company to then cancel and then decided call the last one I had on my list, Cobra. So happy I did, so friendly on the phone, they were able to come same day and immediately because I was home with 2 little ones and water off due to the leak. First time using them and will never have to call around again! Friendly, courtesy, respectful, felt like family!

Chris and his team have been incredibly helpful during our transition to our new home. I originally picked them for a job because they quoted the best price. I’ve used them for multiple jobs in the past few days, and will continue using them in the future because of how responsive, courteous, and helpful they have been.

Wow! What a great recommendation they will be for you! I have a friend who is a plumber. He is out of town so I hire @ChristianBrothersPlumbing. They quote me $1500 for a P-Trap replacement in the wall. Called Laszlos plumbing and they hooked it up! They came to do a snake job for me (I intended to install the new P-Trap myself) but Zultan was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that I just asked him to do the install for me. Within an hour he completed the job better than the work Cristian Brothers has done for me in the past. And... for only a few hundred in comparison. Literally 1/4 the price. So thankful I found then on Google on a whim today! Thanks guys!
