They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. They provided many photos that helped document the water damage and their remediation work. We highly recommend Dan and Concept Restoration.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

I came upon Ryan and his team at Square One as I had to restore the dry wall after a leak that was fixed. My plumber recommended another restorer who would not stop calling me even before the leak was fixed so I got tired of them and decided to look on my own. So glad that I did and found Square One! Ryan was the most flexible with getting to my place over the holiday season back in December of 2018 and also who I felt most confident with as he used reliable gadgets to test the moisture levels, etc vs. using his bare eyes as some other restorers had done on their visits for quotes. Everything was super easy, from scheduling, keeping me informed and getting the repairs of the walls in. Excellent work from Ryan and his team.

We were looking to refresh and widen the entrance to our front courtyard and have a couple of concrete columns and planter bowls removed. I contacted Andy via Yelp and got a pretty quick response from him. He came out and did the initial survey and gave us two detailed bids for removal of the columns & planters with clean up. His pricing was up front and transparent so we went with him. We are very glad that we did. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and went right to work. They are very efficient and kept me informed during the process. By mid-afternoon, they were done and our front yard looked 1000x better with wider access. We will use Bright Home Construction again for our home projects.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. They kept our house functional and safe during cleanup and repairs. I definitely recommend to others. We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received.
