We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing! Both bathrooms in our house were overflowing with water and we first contacted another company. They came out that night and ended up being a disaster. After not being able to run the water, use our bathroom overnight, and having to go outside to use the bathroom with our 11 month old in the house, my husband decided to call other companies first thing in the morning. We googled best plumbing companies in AZ and Moon Valley came up. We quickly got a call back from Alex and he came to the rescue! He fixed the problem right away and was very pleasant and genuine. We were so put off by our experience with the other company, but Moon Valley saved the day!!

Wow, from start to finish, which was incredibly FAST, this company was delightful. The women I spoke to on the phone were accommodating and cheerful and honestly that is so refreshing. Our technician was Anthony, who happens to be the son of the original Anthony that started the company. He was the most efficient, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable technician we’ve ever had do work for us. Lovely experience that almost made me forget we had a plumbing problem. Adam was great. Got us $75 off service PLUS was knowledgable and did a thorough job. Took out everything under sinks and put stuff back. Never saw anything like it! 90-day warranty AND is coming back to take pic of plumbing in walls. This is included in price. I'm very satisfied. Sinks running again..hallelujah!

It was our plumbing leak detection of sewer pipe and they did an excellent job for us. They were very much responsive over phone and Alan was a fantastic service person to work with. Reasonable charge but superb plumbing service around.

SEEK A SECOND PLUMBER IF THEY CAN'T UNCLOG YOUR DRAIN...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Their technician was unable to unclog a drain and proposed jackhammering though my nearly new tile floor to reach the clog for $3280. Technician told me "they didn't have a camera on the truck" to confirm.

Another plumber was able to unclog and camera the drain and save me $2700 of unnecessary expense. Proceed carefully with this company!
