Our AC went on the fritz.Luckily , David was able to arrive EARLIER than scheduled (YEAH !!), which was good ,
especially since he had to get an approval for a part-then pick it up. It's already 97° in the house . EXTREMELY Hot ?.. David-
He was very pleasant, diligent courteous, respectful ,and got the job done.The company is lucky to have him. WHEW !!

Really expensive. Had them swap out a toilet. I provided the toilet which came with it's own donut, so no extra parts were needed. It was about a 20 minute, straight forward job and the charge was over $300.00. The technician did a good job and was very professional. So a five for their worker and a 1 for the pricing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came in amd convinced us to sign up for their preferred customer program which is supposed to allow access to 24 hour emergency care. Well after we had an AC emergency in the middle of the night the customer service rep told us it was our fault and we would have to wait until the morning for our AC to be looked at. We have kids and animals in the house and had to get a hotel. Do NOT believe this company when they tell you they are professional. They thrive on nepotism and the quality of customer service proves that. Go with Oasis Air instead much better.

Great attention to detail. Zero leaks after the repair and was quick to arrive and handle our water leak.

I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.
I highly recommend Hobaica. Thank you guys for keeping my house cool!

Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

We had the pleasure of having Jacob out to do our annual inspection and clear some drains. He was very communicative throughout the process, professional, informative and kept everything nice and clean. Would definitely recommend Goettl and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Plumbing leak repair throughout home performed professionally and promptly by the Ace Home Services plumber Jiuhua Huang. He is a perfectionist who worked hard every second he was at our Arizona home on March 20. All the leaks and systems were repaired, re-checked and performed flawlessly.

The Tech was on time and very professional andidn't treat me like a stranger. He was very honest about everything I thought and replaced a part that was getting ready to go out. He called to check my warranty and luckily it was covered under the parts warranty I was very happy

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!!

I lucked out and they were available to come out the same day. Although it was figured out that my sink wasn't leaking, Ron was very knowledgable and friendly (even with our dog!). Gave tips on what to look for and expect in the future. It's clear he loves what he does. Very professional as well.

Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
