Best Plumbing Drains in Phoenix AZ

Called this company to get some pricing information so I could make a good choice in picking a plumber….however, the reception on the phone was absolutely horrendous! They obviously do not want to have work for their plumbers when they speak to customers on the phone the way they do! I do not recommend this company for anyone! You might pay more but go anywhere other than here!!!!!!

I had a little issue the first go around. On the next visit, everything was completed without additional charge. the technician explained what he was doing at what my options were. I even learned a few things.

We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! We will recommend Pink Plumbing & Lou and Adam to everyone and they will be our go to plumbers from now on!! Thank you for the tremendous above and beyond service Lou and Adam!!

Appointment from 9 to 1, ok, long window but OK. They call me at 11:48 to say they are running late. Then they call me at 1:54 to say they need to reschedule for the next day. I kind of understand if it was a Monday, but it was a Tuesday. This place had good reviews too! Is this the kind of service we have just grown accustomed to? There goes my Tuesday, thanks Diamondback Plumbing!!!

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

Great customer service and was available to service my needs within a couple of hours! Definitely recommend them!

The young man that was here and did my repairs was very professional, polite and was very knowledgable. I would recommend this company to my friends and would use them again myself.

They answer their phone (!!), they were not only on time, but early (!!!), and he explained all our options, the work that he was doing, and the work that would be good (or worthless) to complete in the future. Our current issue was fixed quickly and efficiently; and our future items can now be prioritized properly. Great service from true professionals.

I was able to call and get a quick appointment Option One Plumbing, even in a holiday week. They were very courteous and efficient, and were able to unplug our kitchen drain very easily. The value was amazing, as they charged much less than I have seen advertised elsewhere and paid myself. Great service!

We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way. I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. I do not like company that forces customers to pay for something they don't need to. This company is forcing me NOT use my own Pan for Water heater, even though the pan is in perfect condition, they want to make $175 more, in addition to so called modification fee, which is ok, plus making the money from home warranty company to change the heater.. All that is not enough, they want to force me to pay $175 to use their pan.. Unethical and not good way of making a living dishonestly.. SORRY... I also suggested that I will not hold them responsible for anything, in writing, but Not about that.. It's about making money ... NOT RIGHT.

Peerless did a great job cleaning out my sewer lines. Mike and Wyatt were very professional and answered all my questions. They are a credit to the company. I will count on using Peerless in the future.

We gave James and the team an emergency request to repair a broken pipe in our backyard. They said James would arrive around 6 PM, and he got to our house just before 6. James took care of the situation quickly and effectively. The price was reasonable, and James was wonderful to work with. Will be using again

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

We hired Wyman Plumbing to install a replacement sink in our kitchen. Somehow during the installation the technician managed to damage the sink on both the left and right front sides (see picture 1). The company refused to accept responsibility for the damage and blamed the problem on us, the homeowner. We asked to be reimbursed for the damaged sink and they refused. In addition the sink was hooked up with the hot and cold water reversed and with no connection to the water dispenser in our refrigerator.We ordered another sink and called George Brazil this time. Their technicians were able to install the sink without any problems and hooked up everything correctly. (see picture 2). Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they were very polite and helpful. They explained everything they were doing. When they discovered they didn't have the right connectors with them, they called their warehouse and had them delivered during their visit so they could complete the installation. We are extremely pleased to have found a company that does excellent work and does not screw over the homeowner. Thank you!

This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.
