I had Lou and Adam come to my house - first for a free quote on some plumbing work then to repipe the tubes under my sink. They were helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. They even taught me a few things while they were there. Any future plumbing work, I’m going with them.

Staff was very prompt in replying to my inquiry and setting up an immediate appointment. I could choose to just get an estimate or continue immediately with the work. It was a number of minor repairs- change a faucet, replace a disposal and clear some slow drains. The work was done efficiently and so far it seems it was done well.

Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. James was the technician that came out to perform the repair and he was extremely nice and very professional. He explained to me everything that he was going to do, he also answered all my questions. The cost of the service was also excellent in my opinion. Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing
