We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He felt that with the toilet bowl there could possibly be something bigger than simply a leaking toilet bowl. He advised us to speak with a restoration company first before he, the plumber, did any work. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. We had Harold Dotson service us today, Harold was super friendly right from the time he knocked on our door, to the time he checked on our A/C Unit, and left. He showed us everything that was wrong and walked us through the process. He was honest and respectful, I am more than happy with his service and would love to have him come again if/ when the comes!!! I completely trusted him and his service. ReddiServices really came through for us today, today was 114 degrees.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

If I didn't want that, they were willing to spend 30 minutes installing the one I already have for ONLY $1,100.00. That's a rate of over $2,000.00 per hour.
