Best Maintenance And Repair in Phoenix AZ

Cost me $800 including parts and labor to have brand new Rheem hot water heater installed 1 year ago. Couldn't do my annual flush was clogged wanted to charge me $900 to fix not including new hot water heater. Rip off never call again. Will tell everybodyTried to upsell me everything but the kitchen sink. Still charged me $60 for service call even though they charge $59 for hot water heater service was not performed.

These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

HomeAdvisor recommended this business. They sent a guy Daniel to my house and did estimation on a Saturday. He said he has time next Monday. I called their office to have an appointment and Daniel would come to my house from 8:00 - 11:00 AM next Monday. But he never came. I called Daniel, he was busying on another task and not sure when he would be able to work at my house. I called their office, but they hanged the phone on me twice without saying a single word. Daniel said he would ask the office to call me, but the call did not come.No credibility as a business. No apology, not even an explanation from their office. Just avoided to talk to me. The office had the work schedules for that Monday so that they knew my phone number. When they saw it's my call, they simply turned off the call.

After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

Tzvi replaced my kitchen faucet with professionalism. He found out that the shut off valves for the faucet were non operational but it was no problem for Tzvi, he replaced those as well. From the first call to the last visit we had nothing but exceptional service. We had a tech that came out, a camera guy come out and then the final crew that came with the pressure washer to clean the lines. This was a disgusting job and Jason & Dillon were professional and informative the entire time they were here. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do they will be the only plumbers I will call!

We had water leakage in master bath and ceiling was moist. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame. He tried his level best to re-produce the problem but unfortunately we were not able to re-produce it. He shared his number with us and told us to call him back the moment we see the leakage again.
