I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.

However, $433.00 was outlandish!I had a private party clean all the same windows and more inside and out $135.00Stanley Steamer is her right now cleaning every floor in my 1590 square foot house, tile, laminate flooring, and 3 bedrooms of carpet for almost identical to what it cost to have Coit clean my blinds.Shame on Coit!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are over due a review from me. In December I bought a house. The carpets clearly needed to be replaced. Do to scheduling there was no time to have them replaced while the house was still empty. These guys came and made old dirty carpet look new to the point where I didn't need to replace it.

Az total home removed asbestos from my house. They were very professional and respectful. The workers, and the man that checked the air quality were very respectful. They didn't touch or use anything in my house without asking permission. They covered the area with plastic and ran high power vacuums to get any remaining asbestos out of the air. They wore masks (to protect from covid) when entering and hanging plastic. They were the most respectful contractors I have ever used and I've been a general contractor and used many subcontractors. I would highly recommend them. Also there price was reasonable and I got 3 bids.
