Mike was prompt and showed up as promised which allowed me to meet him as scheduled at my mother in law's house. I was very impressed with his ability to methodically trace back a faulty circuit to diagnose an electrical short in a light fixture that had likely been an issue for a long time. Our family sure appreciates his diligence in finding this before it became more of a danger to her. He represented the company so well that we've already scheduled more work with Simple Electric.

Following an electrical repair your technician advised that our 1974 wall box should be upgraded and,upon request scheduled for an estimate. Installation went smoothly and on schedule.
The teams of technicians were courteous and informative when they arrived. It took 4 days, start to city inspection and sign off. We are relieved to have our electrical supply system fully functional and up to code. Thank you. Great job.

The technicians called to let me know they were running a little late. When they arrived they checked out the work involved & explained what needed to be done. JD Master Electric has done replacement, repair and installation for several items and areas in my home. He recently installed a transformer, relocated the automatic watering system box and installed the electrical box for all to be plugged into correctly. I contacted Gabe and he responded within the hour and came assess my electrical problem. He was very honest, courteous, profession, informative, and knowledgeable. He quoted me a price and I was charged exactly that. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it. He also identified two future potential problems and told me it doesn't need to be addressed at this time, but possibly sometime in future before I sell my home. He was not pushy and he did not try to upsell. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
