We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

They were prompt, cleaned up at the end of each day. The level of craftsmanship and artistry was over the top. Very good eye for accuracy and quality. They treated the job as if it was their own home. I highly recommend their services and would use them again for future work!

The entire team at European Design Flooring is wonderful. From the first time my wife and I walked into the showroom we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. They had hundreds of samples to choose from and the lady who helped us out was focused on our needs.

Once we ordered the wood floor they were delivered to us within a week. The owner, Marin, delivered them himself and explained to us the installation process and helped prepare us for the next step.

The first day of installation the team arrived at 7:30a and began moving the heavy pieces of furniture, removing the existing carpet, and began prepping the concrete. Around 10:30a they were all ready to begin install. Before 6p, the same day, the 6 man crew was finished installing just over 1,200 square feet of engineered hardwood floor. The next morning, at 8a, the crew arrived again to finish installing the baseboards, moving the furniture back inside, and even cleaned the floors one last time.

All I can say is that they were clean, professional, and fast!

After looking at the top cleaning businesses, and meeting rude people and dealing with incompetent workers, I found Newgen Surfaces Cleaning Services to be the opposite. I talked with the owner one-on-one and found him to be understandable, friendly, answered all my questions, and even provided good advice for maintaining my carpet clean. I’ll definitely keep using their service and I would highly recommended this cleaning service.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!
