Autumn was very professional and on time. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The fee was about what I expected. I feel like this is a company that cares and wants to keep their customers. She gave me a new customer packet with information and even checked my water heater. I will use them again when needed and refer others if needed.

I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment.Here is the sequence of events:1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $2502. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician3. I contacted the company, who told me "the camera inspection has a data corruption file" and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection5. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again)6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they "have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again."7. After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid forSince then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again.I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed. I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.

I recently chose this company because of the very positive reviews and even checked out their BBB A+ standing. I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. The ability of the company to get me on the schedule quickly and the price were also great. Thank you kindly Moon Valley Plumbing. If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We had a leak at our home that turned into us needing major pipe replacement in our entire house. From scheduling the initial appointment with Gianni (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong), to having Jeremy come out to inspect the issues with the cameras to Brett, Sam and their apprentices completing the work, it was amazing and seamless. Brett answered all my questions, was very communicative and transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. He was always so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people. I can not say enough good things about him and the team. They completed the major work on our home quickly and efficiently. I will never, ever use another company and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please give these guys that work so hard a big raise! They deserve it!

We have had another plumbing company who we used for many years to clean our drains, as it seems to be an annual issue anymore in our older home. This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!

Luis responded very quickly, assessed the job, got material and completed the job asap! Also it was after hours and he had to work until 9pm. Definitely happy and I will be a future customer.

Brandon and Regina were my initial phone contacts with Anthony's Plumbing, and I was dutifully impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with what appeared [to me] an insurmountable puddle problem under my kitchen sink. Within 24 hours, a polite and confident young man appeared at my door and within moments had the answer to "the leak." He called the faucet manufacturer (on my behalf) and within minutes had procured the broken piece, which is now in transit to my home. Wow! Exceptional customer service. It was then I noticed the name on his shirt: Anthony, the owner's son. Competent, knowledgeable, and proud of his family-run business. It doesn't get any better than Anthony's Plumbing.
