I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Response Crew (Kelly) dismounted and remounted our gutters. Great work and despite some scheduling challenges beyond their control, they performed the service with alacrity. Kept me in the loop. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Johnny is fantastic! He came in on a minutes notice to repair our ceilings after the monsoon caused massive leaks in our roof. He worked with our schedules, cleaned up all the debris from the job, and was trustworthy and professional. His work is absolutely excellent.

Michele and George go above and beyond in their customer service. I have used them many times and would recommend them to everyone!!!

Found Jeremy the Handy Man on line, so glad I did. Very courteous & prompt in getting back. I needed electrical work done, he sent Justine. Did an amazing job. I highly recomend this company.

I needed to remove a wall to open space in my living room and mount a TV. Rene did an amazing job. It was clean, fast and professional.

Kaz did a great job of fixing the ceiling in our garage and plugging the crack in the roof.

Exceptional service as usual. I have been using
Arizona Home Repairs and Services for over a
year now. I bought a home during the
pandemic and they were able to repair
electrical issues I was having throughout the
house among other problems. Besides
repairing, they were able to install my floors,
baseboards, drywall and paint my rooms.

What initially stood out to me versus other
home repair companies was their competative
pricing, but after a while, it was apparent that
they really exceeded in communicating. They
would call/text me whenver there was an issue
and explain all of my alternatives. Whenver I
had any questions I felt very comfortable calling
them and I would get a response within a
business day. I would highly recommend this
company to anyone that needs repairs done on
their home or anyone who is trying to do a
remodel.

Professional Services

I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.

When we hired this company a while back they did a phenomenal job on the fence they installed. I was renting out the house and had an emergency situation that had to be fixed right away. I will call them again if I need any future repairs

CJ was a true professional from start to finish. He hung my heavy art piece(like mounting a big TV) quickly and at a fair price. Super responsive and always on time. Will most definitely call CJ's Handyman Service for all my home needs in the future!!?

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

McGriff Flips has an amazing team who get the job done right. I had their team come in for a small remodel on my kitchen and they got the job done efficiently and effectively in the timeframe alotted. I will definitely hire them again in the near future.
