We have used Pink Plumbing for both a leak/faucet repair in our kitchen and for an upgrade to our shower valve in one of our bathrooms. Their technicians are responsive, knowledgable and give you multiple options to solve your plumbing needs. While I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon, Pink Plumbing will be my go-to should the need arise.

Call Moon Valley and ask for Alex! He’s so great! I had an unknown large water leak in the middle of the night and called Moon Valley due to 24 hr emergency service. Alex was my service guy and was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. Alex called me back within a short time after leaving a message with the answering service to discuss what was happening. Alex showed up timely and began investigating the problem. Alex was extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. He checked every possible reason for the water leak - checked in the attic multiple times, my walls for water damage, outside water lines, and irrigation system. After troubleshooting, Alex found the culprit in the sprinkler line and was able to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair and reasonable, even with emergency service required. I definitely recommended Moon Valley and Alex to help with any plumbing needs! Thanks Alex for a great experience during a stressful situation!!!

Jake was here today and answered all my bathroom fixture questions and he did a diagnostic on our bath tub to see why it wasn't draining properly. We have lived in our home for 9 years, we have had several plumbers out to check on this in the past and only Jake gave us an answer! They fixed some things with my A/C. It was a bit expensive, but they took pictures and took plenty of time to explain the issues. It's just a bit overwhelming to be thrown so many "issues" at once with only expensive and temporary solutions proposed. I'll see if this is an ongoing pattern or if it is just a one time thing in time.if it continues to always be major issues I may try some other options.

Our technician, Cameron, was very friendly and very experienced.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. I was only given the opportunity to give Cameron 5 stars, but I would give him 10 if I could!!

On Erick's initial visit, he did a thorough inspection of our problem and gave a detailed estimate. It was a two person job, so he brought Anthony with him a few days later to do the work. The were both professional and polite, answering all my questions and making sure I was satisfied before I left. I'll call them again for my next plumbing need.

Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and courteous service.

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs.
