John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. If you're looking to update/upgrade your shower or bath, I HIGHLY recommend this company. The sales rep was wonderful, she walked through a range of options and there was never any pressure. The end product is beautiful, high quality and I think a very good value.As for the installation process, everyone I interacted with was professional, responsive and in communication at all times from start to finish. The installers (Ramon, Jorge and team) arrived early, kept me apprised of progress and maintained a tidy and respectful work space (I'm pretty sure one of them swept my entire garage floor before leaving - it was much cleaner after they left than when they started). I work from home and was present for the install start to finish, and was able to go about my work and regular routine with relatively little disruption.

Mike was not only just a contractor but also a guide helping us make the right choices and end product of the work is FANTASTIC.
Mike himself was very detail oriented in the work that was done and made sure the quality was top notch.

One example, as part of our renovation we installed a wall mounted fireplace. We had it installed and it looked fine.
Mike came to check it out and he was like NO i don't like the cable visible to the viewer, so he had custom cover made, painted and installed.
Which made it look super clean.
The over all experience of going with the Crafted for the home renovation was amazing and no stress.
All the work was done in a timely and professional manner and they went above and beyond our expectation.

We are so very, very happy with the complete bathroom remodel. Our 75 year old bathroom was literally falling apart, and Re-Bath, and most especially Cameron, has done an amazing job.This is our third remodel on our home, and it is the very first one where my wife is truly pleased with the outcome. From our very first appointment, the Re-Bath team has gone out of their way to listen carefully and provide feedback that provided us with a new bathroom that should last for many years to come.

Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. The product quality and customer service were both top-notch, even though pricing was the best we received. Employees were professional and trustworthy. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Excellent service, very professional and most importantly installed in a timely manner. The counters came out beautifully! I will definitely use them for our next project.

I love this company. They did exceptional work, came when they said they would be here. All my questions were answered and everything I asked for was done. Triple A Plus!!!

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Never again with Planet Remodel.

Great place great people highly recommended

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!
