Simon came out on Super Bowl Sunday to diagnose what we thought was a leak with the water softener. It turned out to be much bigger but Simon was definitely up for the job; the leaky pipe was in tight space and high up but Simon was able to custom bend and fit a new copper pipe segment to replace the pinholed one. He recommended a great remediation company and was very communicative and helpful throughout! Thanks Simon!
