Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

He walked me through set up between that and a standard tank, broke both down into easy to read quotes explaining all parts needed to help make my decision. When it came to the install, he is top notch, incredibly professional and also a joy to be around. He ensures you completely understand not only what he is doing, but also how everything works. I called Water Heaters Only on a Monday. They are professional, quick, responsive, friendly and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. My story: They said they would have someone out on Tuesday morning. Then in a couple of hours I got a call from Dillion, said he was nearby and would like to stop and look at my old water heater. When he came he found the issue right away. He offered to fix a leak on my old one to save me money but, I opted to put in a new one since mine was quite a few years old. He was quick and cleaned up after himself and even hauled off the old one.
