Arrived on time, advised how I could save money on work and answered all my questions. Work was excellent and charges were less than expected. Highly recommend them.

Love how fast they were able to come and help me with my water pressure issue. Terrence is amazing! I purchased my home and was unable to use my tub all along (2 years) multiple people came to check it and never found a solution. Terrence put in a lot of work to ensure I could use my tub and even uncovered the main issue. Will definitely recommend Simba plumbing

I'm not giving this company 5 stars because someone told me to. My hot water went out. I called early this morning and Julio H. came by not long after. New water heater is now installed. He was courteous , professional and informative. Cleaned up after. I recommend him and I will refer to friends!!! Thank you Julio.

On time, friendly, knowledgeable!

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.



Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!

DuQuan replaced a leaking hot water heater. His work was outstanding, fast and very professional. His copper sweat joints were clean and well done. I highly recommend him and APES and will use them again in the future.

Excellent job! Excellent customer service! This was our first time using George Brazil plumbing services. (We use them for AC) Adam and his assistant were so informative, friendly and patient. It was 10:00 at night and the repair was outside with minimal lighting but, they managed to get the job done without any problems. I would highly recommend their services.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

Had an issue with our hot water heater, Edwards Plumbing was able to show up same day, on time, and get our water heater back in full operation at the price quoted. Very nice to come across an honest plumber who sticks by their word and their work, I plan on using them again and already scheduled a 2nd job.

Paul was professional, friendly and finished the work in a short amount of time.
