Pink Plumbing has an excellent staff. Great customer service at Pink starts at the leadership. They came to my house Christmas to resolve a problem.

Overall experience was just ok. I had asked the service tech to interrupt me -if he had questions or needed me (as this was my place of business) -he did not do that - so he got the parts before we discussed costs etc. When he returned, I was shocked that the 6 gal. water heater was over $500 - and all total with parts and labor - this was going to be about $1,000. which is atrocious. we worked thru this and purchased the water heater elsewhere which was a significant savings. there were a few other glitches; but don't want to be too critical. I would not use them again.

Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

Just awesome service totally professional. From time of call to hot water(water heater went) under 4 hours with an outstanding price. Thx much would def reccomend and will use again.

Had an emergency plumbing problem at the house and Parker and sons had a tech out within 2 hours and the problem was resolved.The tech took time to talk through and explain the problem and promptly cleared the clog to the sewer.

Franz did a great job repiping our laundry to create a butlers pantry. They showed up on time and were able to do the work the same day which was very appreciated. Franz was polite, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use them again.

Very nice people! They were quick to respond, and extremely affordable! They were recommended by a friend because they were extremely honest when other companies were not. I wish I was able to use them to fix the problem but my HOA was contracted with a different company. I highly recommend!!

They quickly identified the problem we were having, gave us a great price and were very professional. Once job was approved they got us on their schedule and came out and took care of the problem right away without trying to sale us unnecessary additional work like others tried to do. We will be calling on Peerless Plumbing if any future needs arise.

The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! I was very happy with the service from Vincent, he was able to access the situation (broken filter on water softener) and determine that we needed a 3-way valve as well as a filter canister replacement. The quality of work from him was excellent. Vincent was very helpful and understanding, he assured us that if this incident happened again we would be able to shut the valve off to the filter and still have water running to our home. I would definitely recommend him to any family member or friend.
