Best Inspections ? in Phoenix AZ

Arizona Fire & Water Restoration came out after a late night break-in at my home and got my window boarded up and shattered glass cleaned up as well as possible inside the room and outside on the patio. They were sympathetic and concerned and commiserated with me as they worked hard to get my home secured. I appreciated their quick response time and care in those very stressful moments.

From the initial phone conversation until the day of the mold tests, everything went without a hitch. They examined our vacant attics carefully and gave us a detailed estimate for the mold eradication.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

We had a very minor leak in our master bathroom toilet flange. Adam's team unnecessarily ripped out all the tile on the floor and walls of our toilet room, when removing one or two 18 inch tiles would have been sufficient. It stunk of insurance fraud. His team also ripped out a replacement flange that another plumber had installed after Adam's guys started their demolition. I brought it to their attention, and they ignored it. It was a $450 flange that they ripped out. Now they are trying to charge me an arbitrary $100 late fee, 5 weeks after their initial bill. I am never dealing with them again.
