Had an awesome A/C repair experience with Andrew Kroski from Goettl over the weekend! Our A/C started blowing warm early in the week, with outside temperatures ~100. It did take four days for a tech to come out but not the tech's fault at all and this time of year is busy in Arizona. The A/C needed a new compressor and while the parts where under warranty Goettl did not charge for the labor either! (only the $90 diagnostics fee)

Andrew came out on Sunday afternoon and was super friendly and knowledgable. Andrew quickly started the compressor removal/install process (which typical takes 4-6 hours). A few hours in it started to storm which included some heavy wind and even hail. Andrew stayed in the truck for ~hour waiting the storm out then came back and continued the repairs (like nothing happened). As part of the compressor repair, old refrigerant was drained then new refrigerant added, but the capacitor, dry filter, and some wires that were rubbing against a copper pipe were also replaced/fixed!

What I liked the most is Andrew didn't just fix the current problem, but instead made sure the A/C system was in the best shape it could be in to prevent future problems. Andrew truly went above and beyond expectations! I recommend Andrew to anyone who needs A/C repairs or maintenance.

We bought a new unit and had a tech check it after a few months. Will came out and reset the unit to run more efficient. He also noticed a change that needed to be made in the filter grills and the return duct. Chuck and Mason came out today and fixed it. They did a great job!

Our technician Trevor was awesome! He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain all options - costs - and rational prior to me making any decisions. I had previously used another company and I felt like they were working on commission and only wanted to up-sell me. By having all the information I feel I made sound decisions and feel totally satisfied with the service provided. I love using a local company that delivers. ALSO, this was a last minute call and we were looking at additional costs for an after hours call. It ends up Trevor finished a call early and I did not have to pay for after hour calls. Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!
