I had to schedule a last minute service and Robins was able to get someone out to help me the very next morning. They have amazing customer service! Alex, called me first thing in the morning to confirm the time and he was there early. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Alex also followed up with me right away and provided quotes for other items that were needed to be repaired. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Mason was on time and extremely professional. He was alert to catch a rust issue in the water heater and correctly did not flush the unit. He then worked with the manufacturer to get a heat exchanger under warranty. We are waiting for the part and repair has not yet been done. However, so far, we are very pleased with Benjamin Franklin and Mason.

Twice now a service person has been out, once to check an issue with the A/C in which he tried to sell us a capacitor for +$700 which turns out wasn't the issue (never did get the quote from him as promised). And yesterday another service person was out for maintenance and told us the coils and fan were very dirty and he had time right then to clean them and it would be $800! NO PARTS NEEDED AND PROBABLY AN HOUR OR TWO AT MOST TO CLEAN FOR $800 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (And we still haven't gotten a quote on the either.) WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING. As soon as our contract is up from the previous homeowner, we will be finding someone else to take care of us.

I would recommend and use their service again. Negative: The tech was running late and I had to call the main line for a status update. Positive: They were very responsive, providing a callback with an updated ETA. When the tech arrived, he was very professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.

These guys are outstanding! I set up an appointment for the next day and the plumber was there right on time. I explain my problem and his diagnosis was spot-on. They fix the problem and cost was reasonable. Plumber Jason worked his butt off and did a fantastic job. The supervisor Ralph dropped in prior to Jason starting the job to reassure me that the job would get done and done right. What a great company. Thank you Rooter Hero!

This company by far is the absolute best. The staff is very professional and I have never been more impressed by any business I’ve ever dealt with.

My home is vintage (1949) and still had the old sewage lines running below. I didn’t know why the sewer was backing up initially. I spoke with 13 plumbers, 7 quoted me 10-14k over the phone and wouldn’t even humor me with attempting to run a camera. That’s a large amount of money for a “not sure what’s going on” quote. The other 6 no showed. Champion’s crew was on time and ready to go with a camera. They explained the whole situation to where I could understand and actually showed me what was causing the issues. I needed new lines run under my house. Instead of breaking up two areas of brand new tile to feed through the new line, they found a way to go in under the carpet in my bedroom which was a huge savings for me. The fact that they were professional and understanding of other costs for me was amazing.

As a single woman I’ve recently found that it is VERY hard to find companies that don’t try to take advantage or talk down to me. With Champion, the entire crew was extremely professional and supportive (not to mention FAST). I’m blown away! Thank you all :)

Luis and his partner fixed my clogged sewer line. They were knowledgeable, fast, and respectful of my property. They explained everything they were doing, and left my place clean. I would use their services again. Job well done Luis!!

I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Ernie was great! He showed up very respectful,with mask on, on time. Got right to work. Our clogged drain was fixed promptly..and the bill was what we were quoted!...it was a positive experience!..thank you

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.

Manuel O. was the electrician who came out to repair some circuits and a bathroom fan. I liked that he was on time, that he called when he was on the way. Communication was excellent with him and with the company. He spent a lot of time doing the repair and explained everything to me and answered every question I had. He was personable and professional.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was roughly twice what I estimated it to be.
