We have a large Carob tree and Jacaranda tree in our front yard that needed some serious trimming. We used another company years ago and I was not impressed so I held off trying to find another. Well, I have found our permanent tree trimming company! They did an incredible job. They were not only professional and clearly know what they are doing (because both trees could be models in a tree magazine now!) but they are so very knowledgable too. Oh, and reasonable. Highly highly recommended!

Wow. So they advertise “emergency tree service” and encourage customers to call “anytime, even during the most unholy hour.”

Last night’s storm uprooted a large mesquite tree in our backyard. Encouraged by the great reviews, I called Juan at 8:40pm to ask for help. He was very professional and nice and assured me he would be out the next afternoon to assess the situation. Said he would call when he was on the way.

Fast forward to today. No show. No call. Voicemail box full. No reply to text.

I get it. The storm took down a lot of trees. He was busy like every other tree service. No show. No call. No reply to text. No customer service. No good. No stars if I could.

Have used Pete and his crew for 3 years now. Always been the best price and service I have found here in Scottsdale for over 10 years. Dependable, courteous and a genuinely nice guy. Don't bother with anyone else or you will be disappointed.

My 35' pine tree died during the summer heat and I contacted several arborists and chose Jon Bora's company. Am SO RELIEVED I did. I told them what I needed and wanted - they gave me a quote and said they could accomplish it all..... and they DID - better than even I expected. Their crew was SO GOOD. Worked together like a team with such knowledge and precision.

After being conned by so many companies in the Phoenix/Sun City West area over the years ..... FINALLY an honest Company.

Guillermo the owner of the business did such and amazing job getting rid of our Mesquite Tree that would leave a mess on our front yard. He was really professional and as well made sure that all my property was safe. Definitely sticking with these guys for any other project!

We are over the moon with Murphy's A-1 Tree Service. We had a huge tree blow into our house during a storm and they came out late at night to cut it away from our garage. Then returned the next day to pick up the tree and raked and blew the areas to spotless. Had Tree trimed and $320 later I complained that the job wasn't completed and was told that was their rate and tough. I had to clean up and finish the job myself.

I have used several two tree trimming companies since we moved into this home. Living Tree did a better job than the first company. They worked on 9 trees. They thinned and shaped the trees better than the company I used last year and they cleaned up well. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they told me they'd arrive 11am-1pm and they showed up around 4:30pm.

Here's the thing, most services claim they'll do an excellent job, they'll be on time, they'll provide you in-service updates and they'll leave your home looking like they'd never been there. Most do not come close to their promises. Then, there's Joe and his team at New Heights Tree Service. They did all the things they said they'd do, and I must have received a dozen pictures sent during the process since I was at work while Joe and his team did their work. It was reassuring to know they were so meticulous about doing everything exactly right. We are really pleased by the service, and Joe and New Heights Tree Service exceeded my expectations.
