DON’T use this company they don’t know how to do their job right. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid $700 for a tune up and other services back in March just to have my AC go out because of lack of service on their part. What should have lasted a year only lasted 6 months according to a real AC tech. that fixed my AC yesterday, If you want to get ripped off and not have service done properly then this is the place for you!A picture speaks volume, of course you try to protect your business. Why would I want you to fix what should have been done right the fist time?

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Binh arrived on time for the yearly AC service. My AC units are on the roof and he recorded the concerns on his phone and then played it for me. This allowed me to ask questions and Binh provided great information. I appreciate the time he took to walk me through some of the steps on the thermostat. Overall, a great experience. I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.

I hired REEIS to do my A/C tune up before the summer. I would recommend this company.

Used Lee Collins for a new AC install, and just had my first annual checkup with Paul on the Unit. Unit has worked out perfectly & they helped me get the right sized unit when I did the initial replacement. At both the install and the checkup, everyone was on time & gave excellent service. Really appreciated all of the information and attention to detail

We had a major plumbing back up. Toilets and showers. A repair man named Pete fixed it all. I am not a plumbing novice and I could not fix it. I removed toilet the whole nine yards. These guys are great and honest. Call Oarker and dons before George Brazil. I have had both and Brazil is tooooo expensive.

Josh was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant. He arrived on time, called to let me know he was on his way, and explained what he would be doing as part of our routine warranty maintenance. He also quickly found the source of a minor rattle (turned out to be a loose fin on the duct in the hallway), and made sure it was fixed before he left. Very pleasant and professional. We have been very pleased with all George Brazil personnel and highly recommend them.

Preferred air is awesome! They were able to come out the same day, within hours. They sealed a leak and fixed a circuit board issue. They are well priced, fair, and honest. I highly recommend them!

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!

My ac went out and called my home warranty company and was waiting for a fight to have them cover anything, something for the repair. My home warranty company sent out LaRon from Teflon cooling and heating. He said the whole unit was done and needed to be replaced. I said to myself, here comes the fighting with my home warranty company!! LaRon submited his evaluation and report to my home warranty on Friday evening. On Saturday morning i got an email from my warranty company saying my cousin was APPROVED!! No push back from them and best of all no fighting with the warranty company!! LaRon and his crew on Wednesday morning at the time he said they would be here and started the install on a warm Phoenix morning. They finished up about 2pm, so about s total of 6 his installing. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in tact lol and most of all, i had nice cold air blowing!! I will refer Teflon cooling and heating and LaRon to anyone who needs AC services!!! Thank you so much LaRon and your crew and Teflon air and cooling for your professionalism, courtesy, install and for getting my home warranty to pay for the whole ac replacement.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.
