After having someone from a different company give us a quote to fix two toilets for $900, I called Diamondback. They did the job, plus fixed my sink for just over $200. The plumber that came from Diamondback was just plain awesome. He was genuine and told me exactly what was the issue and was shocked when he heard the story about the other company that quoted me. I felt so much better about everything. I would recommend DiamondBack in a heartbeat to ANYONE!

Extremely pleased with them...I called with a partially plugged sewer problem and Travis Jr. came out within 2 hr. He was able to clear the line in 15 min and even reduced the price that was quoted over the phone. This is the only company I will use when I have future plumbing problems.

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

Justin and Kyle were the best. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. They resolved plumbing issues that two other plumbing companies had given up on. Overall everyone I dealt with at Custom was friendly and went out of their way to help.

We were concerned about the longevity of our aging stand up freezer, anad it was making noises periodically. Wyman came out and checked out our entire system and found it to be in great working order, and only charged us for the evaluation. We expected them to recommend parts replacement, but they didn't try to sell us, and gave us peace of mind that we were in great shape.

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

We have had Eric here for two different plumbing problems and have found him to be very efficient and pleasant as well. I was most impressed with his honesty. He had to return when a leak developed and immediately stated that his company would replace at no cost the toilet tank; the seal had been too tightly adjusted. We also found Max , the scheduler, quite kind and accommodating. Deer Valley is my number one plumbing company.
