Minus a couple minor things the plumbers were outstanding (Rodney and I forgot the name of the second plumber but he installed two toilets for me). What I was not happy about was the invoice part. I was advised by my insurance company that I would not be reimbursed for the diagnostic charge if it read “waived”. I requested a new invoice and it took 4 calls before the invoice was corrected and sent to my insurance company. I will not name who it is but I felt like that person could care less about my time and the money that I should have been reimbursed for by my insurance company. No follow up calls to me. I had to reach out again to determine if it was corrected. I would give more stars but this threw a wrench in it. Ive been loyal to APES for a few jobs now but now I’m not sure.

All hours plumbing came to our house very quickly while we were experiencing an emergency water leak. The owner Jim, was professional and courteous during his visit. Je was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue the same day!! I would highly recommend All hours plumbing llc.

We are remodeling our kitchen and of course found more problems behind the scenes. We contacted them and had an appointment set up right away to assess the problem. I called Hays for a second opinion and couldn't have been more satisfied.Tim came out within 2 hours of me calling. Not only was he amazingly friendly, but he made me feel like I was in control of what was going on.I couldn't be more thrilled by the work done and plan to continue using Hays for my HVAC from here on out. I came home in the evening with water in the garage from water heater. Joe was prompt at calling me back and scheduling to come out first thing in morning and had new water heater installed by the afternoon. He also talked me thru emptying the tank. Highly recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.
