We had 4 windows replaced and a patio door. Rain delayed our installation but Christopher was willing to work on Sunday to get our windows in. He had a coworker call off so was short a person for the job. He was able to complete the job with just him and Mellisa. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Love my windows. Thank you Christopher and Mellissa for working on Sunday and getting our job done.

I can't say enough great things of the service provided by Robert K. and Johnathan P. this week. The shower Installation and final result went far beyond our expectations and they were prompt and informative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company for consideration of any shower remodeling and hopefully you'll be fortunate as we were to have these two gentlemen as installers. Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
