Damon and Nate showed up on time, gave a great analysis of the problem and educated me on a variety of solutions. They took care of problem quickly and the repairs turned out great! I've used Robins before but continue to have a high level of trust and will definitely use them again in the future!

Not impressed. Service guy smelled so bad of cigarettes and seemed to have no patience. He didnt install the new "flapper" good. The chain was too long and would get caught under flapper and toilet would run unless you adjusted it.

We had a wonderful experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. They were courteous and on time. The job was done to the highest professional level and pricing was very reasonable. At the end they were thorough and doubled check to make sure everything was right and cleaned up after themselves. We recommend Moon Valley to anyone looking to get plumbing work done from a family owned company!

I had a great experience with Custom plumbing of Arizona. I had an issue with my sewer line which was causing back ups within my home. The orangeburg piping that was used on my home which was constructed in the 1960's had partially collapsed. I was told this is a common issue with older homes. I had bids from numerous other companies and decided to go with Custom Plumbing due to them having the lowest bid and also due to them having a great track record from other reviewers. They were able to use a trenchless technology which allowed them to replace my sewer line without tearing up my backyard landscaping which saved me quite a bit of money!

Travis was great he fixed the problem took his time to make sure it was done right. He answered all my questions, was an amazing experience will definitely be using them again.

We had a particularly difficult problem with the conversion of a new outdoor grill from LP to Natural Gas. The installers could not figure it out. Ben Franklin plumber, Christian Myhre, took the extra time working well into the night under flashlights to find the issue and solve the problem. Excellent dedication and service. Way beyind the extra mile. Ben Franklin, and Christian if available, will be our only choice for plumbing needs.

I have used Parker and Sons for tune ups on my old AC, then purchased a new AC. They were more than accommodating to my schedule when I needed it installed on a day they don’t normally install. Great service, and Tina in the office is the best!

Luis did an exceptional job replacing fixtures on my old bath/shower. Now it looks like new. Luis was very professional, honest, respectful and kind. It was greatly appreciated by me and my husband.

STAY AWAY!!! Had an appointment for 12-2pm today and they called at 1:55pm to say they would be 1hr & 30mins late. At 5:40pm (2hrs & 10mins after the new time they quoted) we called them back and told them about the situation. They lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance in the matter.

The guys from Anthony's did an excellent job in installing a water heater. They were efficient and professional. Also, the price was right. They are recommended for all plumbing needs as i have used them for years.

Very professional and polite. Our main water line to our house broke and we had no water. This happened Saturday night during memorial day weekend. They did a great job and got our water fixed promptly.

Simon's Plumbing was a great find. He has been professional helpful and on time on several occasions that I have used his services. He has even helped me troubleshoot and fix a few of my problems over the phone to save me some money on fixes. He has been available at odd hours when I had emergent plumbing issues. I can confidently recommend him to anyone.

Justin was by far the best plumber I've ever had!!! He paid attention to details other plumbers ignored and didn't charge me extra. I will always request him in the future.

This is an extremely dishonest company..A tech came out to evaluate my hot water heater and said it needed to be replaced..They could not replace it with another hot water heater of the same type and the modifications would be a little over $300 and that would be the highest price..I agreed and gave them my cc info..my warranty company said they agreed to the repair and the modifications would be $425 per Pruitt's plumbing..

I called Pruitt's and was told that was the price and when I explained this, they contacted the tech who denied giving me any prices...what!?!?

In addition, I never received a call back from management to discuss this issue...I wonder why?

Stay away from this disgust place...Seek an honest business that knows that fair treatment will gain you future business from not only the client but, referrals..
