Best Garbage Disposal Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Sent a request for service on a Sunday, was contacted to set up an appointment that day. Set the appointment for Monday morning between 8-10 am. Got a text at 7:18 saying my tech was getting ready and would arrive within the hour or less. Daquon arrived at 7:34. He listened to my concerns, explained what he would need to do, to include the what ifs, gave me a quote and then completed the job. Once completed he walked me through what he had done, showed me before pictures so I could see what he removed and what was replaced. Cleaned up everything and even painted the plumbing to match the house. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent customer service! I was on my way to rescue my mom from a possible plumbing disaster when I made a quick stop at QT. Sky, the A/C technician was stopped at QT also, and I approached him about their service call rates. He confirmed my fear (she really needed a plumber ASAP), then called the office to get her an appointment. And the service call rate is much more affordable than I was expecting! I will definitely call Penguin again.

We had Justin from Hobaica's out this morning for our AC bi-yearly service. This young man has been providing our service check up for years and we just wanted to say what a great job he does. He's always on time, polite and is straight forward in answering all our questions. We always look forward to his visits. He is definitely an asset to the company. David Kerrigan was the plumber who provided our service. We got our appointment the very next day. He is highly qualified with 40 years experience. He was very thorough, competent, & conscientious. He replaced our bathroom faucets & shower heads and valves and he will do additional work in our home later this month. He did his best to resolve our problems being mindful of the cost. He was also very pleasant & personable. We r thrilled to find such a skilled & honest craftsman. We highly recommend Parker & Sons & will continue to use them in the future.

Gabriel was wonderful and efficient. Changed filters on R/O system, checked water softener and hot water tank. Answered all questions. Gabriel is the best!

Update: Changed from 1 star to 3. The original rep, John, came back out and did the repairs at no cost to me after finding out how the office handled my situation, which I appreciated, but still don't plan to use the company again.

Original post: Rep John came out and provided a quote for a few things including air conditioner repair. He was on time, very friendly and professional. I accepted the air conditioner quote and he told me someone would be in contact with me that afternoon (Fri June 25). Didn't hear from anyone by Mon June 28, so I called. They told me that someone should be out to me Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, I hadn't seen anyone, so I called to check. That rep said she had no record of the Tues/Wed promise or even that I called on Monday, and that someone would be out by July 5. That was not acceptable for two reasons: it isn't what I was promised and I will have family in town all weekend, so I don't want to sit around waiting for arrival and repairs. Due to this, she said she would put a note in to have someone out ASAP. It's Friday, July 2. Nobody has arrived. I called again. I was told that I was scheduled for July 5, that nobody would be out before then, and that she wasn't even sure why they had me on the schedule because they aren't accepting new customers. I get that everywhere is busy right now, but this place needs to get it together. Awful first experience and customer service in general. I cancelled my a/c order and won't contact them for anything else.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Even though it was a holiday weekend and in the middle of the night / morning…. Both Lauren Quiroz and Casey were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you ladies for all you did… very much appreciated. ??
