Best Garbage Disposal Repair And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I've used Maloney on several plumbing service calls. On the most recent, Jason (the tech) was excellent. He spent a good portion of his Saturday dealing with our water heater and he did it with professionalism and a smile. He cleaned up everything nicely and left us with a great-looking new water heater. Would be nice if we had more guys like Jason doing service calls for all the other businesses we've called on over the years. I love their contact system via text where it keep me updated all the time about their timeline, arrival, etc. Anyway, I'll definitely continue using Maloney when we need them.

Chris came out right on time. He was very knowledgeable about the situation. Got right to work. We didn’t have to have it assessed first, then schedule another appointment. He was able to locate the problem and take care of it right then and there. Very pleased with everything he did.

Chad did a great job getting a technician to my house on Saturday and Mark did an awesome job installing the new water heater. A total professional job by all involved!!!

Absolute trash! Field maintenance supervisor likes to talk down to people. This company doesn’t like to pay their bills! Don’t use or service them!!!! STAY AWAY!

On their website, I was able to book my appointment. That made me a bit nervous as I didn’t get to speak with a live person. I was pleasantly surprised when within 10 minutes of booking online a representative called me to go over my issue and confirm a technician. When Daniel arrived he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options and kept me up to date on his progress. Pricing was very fair considering the work that had to be done. Daniel was great and would definitely use this company again!

My normal Plumber was unavailable. I had a leaking pipe on the roof of our house. Option one send a technician out the same day. He was very helpful fixed the leak and also noticed there was another place that was going to break soon… And fixed that one as well.



I’ve used option one before for unclogging drains… But it looks like they do good plumbing work as well! I will use them again.
