I called Brandon with a water heater issue and he stopped what he was doing and helped me troubleshoot over the phone! He even called me back when my phone died.

It's rare to find plumbers that you can trust, let alone someone who will take time out of their day to help a complete stranger that finds their number online. I'm not in Arizona, but if I were I would have these guys on speed dial.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.

I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.

Their prices are great! Their Service is great!

The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.

Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

First thought...HONEST! Devin Hanaway was the tech that came out. My wife said that he was very polite, clean, and kept the service area clean as well. There was no hassle, no story, and no up-charge for anything! It's amazing to find nice, ethical people these days, but Reddi Services and Devin have shot to the top of the list for setting a standard of servive that's been missing for some time! This should be a 10 STAR review!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.
They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. Frank also discovered that the shut of valve wasnt working properly and was able to fix that on the same visit.

Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer. I have a brand new house. I need a brand new water softener installed. Bumble Bee Plumbing tried to sell me a DIFFERENT water softener for over $3,000! If I didn't want that, they were willing to spend 30 minutes installing the one I already have for ONLY $1,100.00. That's a rate of over $2,000.00 per hour. What a dishonest scam organization that tries to exploit the uninitiated customer!

Mitch, his crews and office staff, were excellent. We had two septic systems installed, and to be honest my family and I are tough customers. RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!!
