My experience:On 7/20/17, I spoke to Steve Herzog about the installation of 4 floor sinks, one 3-compartment sink, a prep sink, 2 hand sinks, a grease trap, and a back-flow preventer. He said they would come out to take a look at the project and I never heard back from him.I reached out on 11/20/17 because the drawings were finished and the permit for tenant improvements were issued. I sent over the drawings & Chad took a look at the project on 11/28/17 He said he’s going to put together a proposal and get back with me. I called him on 12/5/17 and he said, his baby was sick and was surprised I didn’t get his email. Chad said he was in the field and would send the quote when he gets back to the office.Not sure why I never heard back from them but I am thankful I didn’t give them any money.

Amazing as usual! I've used them a few times in the past and they're always incredibly friendly, professional and on time! Go above and beyond to make sure i feel comfortable with the repair, explain in detail what it takes, how much it costs and answer any questions i have. Dealt with a kitchen leak over the weekend, and didn’t get a chance to call around until Tuesday morning. They were able to schedule to come the very next day! While the labor fee might seem a little high ($112/hr), they didn’t charge a service fee or diagnostic fee. They had everything on hand to repair it right then, and even hauled away the old RO tank that was causing the issue. They are in my contacts with plumbing in north Phoenix now!

I sent a message after hours and they reached out to me this morning. They were fast! Travis was the technician who came to our home. My 5yr old kept bugging him but he was friendly and engaged in the small talk with my kid. Travis explained the issue and what to do to prevent it. He also advised us of the 67 day guarantee. He was professional, efficient, funny? and friendly. The price was competitive compared to other companies I contacted. We are very pleased with the service and our drains are cleared!?

So far so good! I've called Parker and Sons twice now - once was for a plumbing issue. Next for an estimate on water softener. Very happy with the gentleman who helped me with both items, as well as the office staff I've spoken to when I've called. Will continue to use this company for future needs within their scope!:)
