Brandon Thomas had replaced a leaking mainline into our home a while back and did a fine job. He came back today on a free inspection and determined our water heater was 8 years old with a short life left. From other symptoms the heater was failing and we had him install a new one as well as replace 6 other water valves that had locked open and could not be closed. He replaced a washer water valve that was broken. We thought he would have to cut the sheetrock out and repair and repaint it. Brandon was able to fix it as it was with no sheetrock or any damage. Very good work.

So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

Today I needed the quick plumbing service I have come to expect from Reddi Services. Bryant Laffarga came to the rescue! He arrived on time, was quick to diagnosis the problem and how to remedy it. Within an hour he was finished and my shower and toliets were running great. Great prices and timely service are hard to find these days. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

These guys have shown up to my house on multiple occasions for various reasons. It's been the same guy each time. Always friendly and smiling with a good attitude about whatever he's about to get into. This last time it was a stuck grinder pump in the basement. A gross endeavor. Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I had a real problem on a Saturday it may took care of it in a professional away in charge me a fair price for what they did. My home warranty company sent out an incompetent plumber that couldn't do anything on Friday but tell me what they couldn't do so it was a pleasure finding somebody that could take care of my challenges and charge me a fair price to make it happen.

I had ejector pump that seized up and was challenging to access on my septic system, I couldn’t use shower or use the restroom for days! Called 10-12 different companies and no one wanted to help me! Joe at Mr Rooter called me back and immediately set up a time to come out and assess it, he also did some research on the Leadtime of a replacement pump if needed prior to showing up, he had 3 options for replacement pumps. Luckily they were able to unclog the impeller on the existing pump at a fraction of a replacement pump! Thank you guys for stepping up in a bad situation and doing a great job!!!

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
