We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He felt that with the toilet bowl there could possibly be something bigger than simply a leaking toilet bowl. He advised us to speak with a restoration company first before he, the plumber, did any work. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7 really to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the whole process. The entire team worked very hard and as fast as they could in order to get my home the repairs it needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured and was also reassured that everything that was done was necessary for the integrity of my home. They also did great job explaining everything along the way and in a way that was easy to comprehend. Big thanks to Jon, Neal, Sammy and Joel for their hard work and professionalism!!

After a few days away, we returned home to find water leaking on the bathroom floor. Brent S came out to the house on the day we called. Brent was able to detect and repair the problem quickly with no mess. . He was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. A terrific asset to Reddi Services. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Isaac came out on a Sunday evening, and spent quite a bit of time working theclog out. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and he was showing me the challenges that we had caused him and he worked on it and worked on it and was able to get it clear in an hour. We’ve lived in this house for 13 years and have now learned. We can’t put just anything into the garbage disposal. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! We had an amazing experience getting our entire house repiped, both cold and hot. David, Cameron, and MJ worked their butts off to get the huge job done in just 2 days! I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
