These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

Matthew was so friendly. Called to let me know exactly what time he'd be there, explained in detail the work that needed to be done. He was the kind of guy you hope will come when you schedule a service call. He arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I've always had great service from Penguin Air.

My home was built in the 70's. When I bought the home in 2018, the kitchen sink was a slow draining sink. Emptying a large sinkfull of water would backup in the second sink tub then drain slowly. Had Goettl out to clear the drain with the Sadie watch dog plan. They came out and ran a camera down the line and tried snaking it out but said it's just a slow draining sink. After a few years it finally backed up completely and would not drain. Had a drain clearing available through Goettl the first guy was unable to clear the blockage. However Brett was wonderful he was able to clear the line and remove the blockage. He had a nice wire auger bit on the front which allowed him to remove the sludge buildup that had been there since before I moved in. Finally the sink drains properly. If it wasn't for Brett I'd still be here with a slow draining sink. Thanks again if you read this. If you have Goettle request Brett for your services

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service. I want to give Matt Digiacomo a high five for the work he did for me today on a routine service check of my A/C equipment. Matt is a very professional clean cut gentleman, which is not normally seen in the service end of a business. He was prompt and very polite. He did an excellent job of cleaning the coils on the A/C unit and called me outside to see the difference between clean efficient coils and dirty ones on the unit that had not been cleaned yet. He brought to my attention dust buildup on the fan motors that showed dust getting in to the system someway, and made suggestions for filter types. I was totally impressed by his knowledge and communication skills.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

I had shower bacing up on a Sunday. It was a mess. 911 came out and took care of it quickly and professionally and were so helpful. I will recommend to others.
